Ahead of our next elections, RiskNZ are seeking ‘expressions of interest’ from RiskNZ members for two vacancies to join the Board as a co-opted member for 2 years. These are voluntary roles.
We are particularly seeking individuals with the drive and energy for the following roles:
- Secretary: Drive our key governance processes (including meetings; elections and Annual General Meeting). This role is the guardian of our constitution and would work closely with the Chair and Managing Director.
- Co-opted Board Member: Participate in the Boards’ management and governance processes and support RiskNZ regional member engagement.
