Introduction to Third-Party Risk Management
- definitions of third and fourth party risk
- supplier versus non-supplier
- identifying risk before an agreement is made
- third and fourth party risk and operational resilience
- regulatory expectations, accountability and liability

Day 1 Session 2:
Third-party Risk Framework and Assurance
- designing a fit-for-purpose framework
- operationalising and embedding the framework through business and risk processes
- ongoing maintenance of the framework, including exiting third parties
- keeping taxonomy consistent i.e. fraud, cyber, privacy risks versus third-party risk
