This message from the Board of RiskNZ is to announce that after two highly successful years of growth and innovation, our EO Sathya will be leaving us at the end of July. This date marks the end of Sathya’s two-year contract and she has decided to move on to new challenges and exciting opportunities.
Under Sathya’s leadership, RiskNZ has thrived and her legacy will be a much improved programme of events, a modernised website, the highly successful 2019 conference, our strong foundation of valued sponsors, and a number of other innovations such as webinars and workshops. We will all miss her energy, drive and leadership.
From the start of August, Board member David Turner will take on the role of EO until a permanent successor to Sathya has been selected. We are extremely fortunate to have such a talented interim EO and we all look forward to David taking Sathya’s great work forward towards the end of the year.
Finally, on behalf of the whole board, I offer Sathya our warmest thanks for all she has done for us, and our best wishes for the future.
