RiskNZ Management Board 2025-26
As we all prepare for the Christmas season and wrap up key projects before the end of the year we can announce the following appointments to the RiskNZ Management Board.
RiskNZ elects its Management Board members for two-year terms. The terms are staggered so that half the Board stands down each year on a planned basis, and the elections can also fill any other vacancies.
In November RiskNZ called for nominations to the 2025-26 RiskNZ Management Board. The vacancies were for seven Board Member positions, and Nominations for the same number of candidates were received for these positions.
As a result an election by vote is not required and I am now able to confirm that the nominated candidates have all been confirmed for the RiskNZ Board from 1 March 2025.
The new Board Members are Kobus Dippenaar, Lisa Henderson and Bettina Reiter, with Emma Burke, Jacson Calder, Jacqui Lyttle and Regan Smith returning for another term.
The outgoing Board and incoming Board members will meet together in late February or March to complete the induction of new members and hand over responsibilities with effect from 1 March.
